If you used Google login, deleting your [Site Name] account does not delete your Google account.

If [Site Name] offers a mobile app, users may request deletion of account and associated app data through:

  • In-app deletion option, if available

  • Support email request

Account deletion may delete associated app profile data, dashboard data, public profile data, and related user data, subject to retention rules.

10. Processing Time

We will try to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, generally within [Insert timeline, e.g., 15–30 days], unless a longer period is required due to legal, technical, security, billing, or dispute-related reasons.

Backup deletion may take additional time.

11. Deactivation Instead of Deletion

In some cases, we may first deactivate the account before permanent deletion.

This may be done to:

  • Prevent accidental deletion

Requesting deletion does not automatically guarantee a refund.
